Several studies enable us to observe documented changes in heart rate and
cortisol levels when aversive training is being used.
Stress is defined as a physiologic
condition in response to environmental or psychological pressures, known as
stressors. With stress, there is an
elevation in corticosteroid
levels and stress may be accompanied by behavioral changes.
